EDL sends the AD&D bind details. HiQOR syncs the consumer’s profile and coverage into the Portal database.
A secure Active Lifestyle Portal link is created
HiQOREDL
HiQOR creates a consumer-specific secure sign-in link to the Active Lifestyle Portal and returns it to EDL in its response to the AD&D bind notification. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
The participant enters HiQOR

EDL places the link on its Customer Portal button. A click within 30 minutes opens the HiQOR Protection page after link validation—without another sign-in.
